01What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or send me by email or DM:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your goal and anything you tell me about where you are starting from
That is it. I do not run a hidden database, and I never buy your details from anyone else.
02How I use it
Your details are used for one thing: to reply to you and help you on your journey. If you join the mentorship, I use them to run the program and stay in touch about it.
I never sell your information, and I never share it for anyone else's marketing. Ever.
03Payments
If you join a paid program, payment runs through a secure third-party payment provider. I never see or store your card details. The provider handles that, and their own privacy terms apply to the payment itself.
04Cookies and tracking
This site keeps it light. It loads fonts from Google Fonts so it looks right on your device. If any basic analytics are ever added, they only switch on after you agree to them, and there are no advertising pixels or ad-tracking anywhere on the site.
05How long I keep it
I keep your details only as long as I need them to help you, then I remove them. If you would like me to delete your details sooner, just ask and I will sort it.
06Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask me to show you the details I hold, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Email info@maximilianmuscle.com and I will handle it promptly. No forms, no hoops.
07Who else is involved
A few trusted services help this site run: the host that keeps it online, Google Fonts for the type, the payment provider, and whatever tool receives the enquiry form. Each only handles what it needs to, and none of them get your details for their own marketing.
08Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing sneaky, nothing buried.
